RTCA has been initiated from 2018 & established & inaugurated by Shimla District Cricket Association President Sh. Surinder Thakur/ official & also by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Secretary Sh. Sumit Sharma & Joint Secretary Sh. Amitabh Sharma & other officials/ members. We RTCA under the guidance of HPCA & SDCA has started the first Pvt. Cricket Academy of Himachal Pradesh.
